REWORK STENCILS - All rework stencils are laser cut for superior paste release. Rework stencils ensure accurate and repeatable printed results for single component footprints, such as QFPs, PLCCs, BGAs, µBGAs and SM Connectors. Rework stencils consist of a mounting bar or tube depending on style. We can design to fit any rework machines in the market.

INSPECTION TEMPLATE - Templates are a very popular method for inspecting PCB assemblies at various stages in the manufacturing process. Inspection template can be used for assessing quality in placement, insertion of components, unplaced components, component alignment and component polarity. Our Templates are produced using the high resolution cutting ability of the Laser on high grade stainless steel foil or with a static dissipative material.

SMT FIXTURE - Surface Mount Process Carriers are designed to support a PCB or PCB arrays throughout the entire assembly process including Screen Print, Pick & Place, Reflow and Final Assembly. Our SMT Pallets are manufactured from high strength, high temperature composite material and are compatible with all conveyor systems.

WAVE FIXTURE - Selective Solder fixtures are the ideal solution to wave solder applications involving bottom side surface mount components. The Pallet effectively masks sensitive SMT components and protects them from heat and thermal shock associated with the wave solder process, while permitting soldering of plated through hole components.
